About John

John has been with DMCI Homes since June 2005 as a Property Consultant.

When he was still 25 years old, he was one of the most successful agents in their team.  Being a consistent seller has its perks – having to earn a good deal of money and awards.

His success with DMCI has led him to try out other developers.  This was a mistake in his part as it didn’t brought him the earnings and accolades he made with DMCI. In 2007, he returned back home and just like the proverbial “prodigal son”,  he was awarded as the “Top Returnee of the Year – 2007″.

He reached another milestone last 2009.  Because of his consistent sales and the number of clients he brought to DMCI, he was promoted as a Sales Manager.
